The St. James Bar, located in The Balcon at the Sofitel London St. James, has just introduced a fresh new selection of cocktails for the spring/summer season. I had the pleasure of trying some of the fun and refined drinks in the cozy atmosphere of this chic bar, which takes inspiration from Coco Chanel's apartment in Paris during the 1920s.

A cozy bar located in Sofitel St. James with a lovely ambiance. I tried Samuel Smith's Pale Ale for the first time and enjoyed its bitter yet refreshing taste.

I have visited the Balcon before when it was known as Brasserie Roux and quite regularly for business meetings. My go-to order was lunch and a glass of wine. The Balcon has elevated this good restaurant with a focus on utilizing local British ingredients while incorporating a distinct Gaelic flair.
