Mcdonald’s - Bristol, City of

Service is a bit slow, but this McDonald's is very clean and tidy. There is quite a large seating area, so plenty of places to sit. the ordering area is quite small though, so when it is busy and you are waiting for food, it is cramped. Staff on the whole seem friendly, but some need to be a bit more confident.

Although place was heaving on a Sat morning it was very well staffed. We were politely shown straight to table and served within 2 mins. And it was cheap !

Popped in for lunch, always love a McDonald's. As a wheelchair user it is difficult. Especially during busy periods. Thankfully a member of staff, Elizabeth, helped to get me milk and napkins and brought them over, even though she was busy cleaning up the mess people had left. Great staff. Great experience.

The best MacDonald I've ever had, much better than anywhere else in the area. Strongly recommend to all. Customer service is A class and quality of the produce is hard to beat

As with every McDonald's restaurant in the UK that is based in a shopping centre there is simply just not enough room or space on the weekends. On the weekdays there is plenty of room and space It is a McDonald's. You know what the food is like. The Big MC with Bacon is great.
