Frying Machine - Bristol, City of

I placed an online order for pickup at 5pm, but when I arrived, the shop was closed with no one around. They were supposed to open at 4:30. I still haven't received my order and despite the menu lights being on, the shop was locked up with no notice of any issues.

Got food from here earlier, half the order was missing, was cold and not nice! This place has an already terrible reputation and I can completely see why. Tried calling them 28 times for over an hour and no one answered so frustrating! Went into the shop to complain and the manager could not care less her attitude stinks!! Will never ever go here again. Avoid this place unless you want to be disappointed

The food was delivered promptly by a friendly driver and the service was excellent. The restaurant staff even called ahead to see if an earlier delivery time would work, which was fine with me. The food was delicious, hot, and prepared exactly as requested. My overall experience was fantastic. Thank you to everyone involved.

Excellent fish and the potatoes used for the chips were just so tasty. Nice mushy peas. Pleasant punctual driver

The food was good as usual, but waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes for an ASAP order is unacceptable. On top of that, our drinks were forgotten and we had to go collect them ourselves. We did receive a refund for the delivery fee. This is the second time our order has been very late, so we probably won't be ordering from here again.
