Bidrage med feedbackThis is quite literally the worst Starbucks I 've ever been to.I 've been a regular at the Kingsport one for a while, but moved to Bristol so this one it is.I 've given chance after chance, but my most recent visit will be my last. This was March 14th in the afternoon. I placed an order on the app and arrived within 5 minutes. No one was in the drive thru, it was the middle of the day. I pulled up and said that I had an online order. The person over the speaker said "well you just placed the order so it 's not ready but you can pull around I guess. "I 'm sorry but WHAT is with the attitude. Also, it had been five minutes since I placed the order, so I don 't understand what the issue was. I pulled around, and the same person I spoke to on the speaker gave me my drink. Didn 't say hello or thanks. Nothing. Slammed the window shut. I paid $6.83 for a venti frozen strawberry lemonade, and it was already melted, separated, and just tasted like pure acid. The cup was covered in sweat, meaning it wasn 't just freshly made.If the employee had been nicer, I would have went back and asked for a new beverage, but I did not feel welcome there. I haven 't been back since.
I asked about a promotion being offered if it was available and the person taking orders said I guess in a rude voice. They ignored one of my questions, Then I asked if my son could have whip cream with a lid and they gave me a pup cup and said this is the biggest I can give without charging. I don 't care if they charge me?
Looks like I'm not the only one who has been giving one star to this location. I came in at 8:15 and this location closes at 9:30. They had already put everything in the case away and were mopping the floor by the entrance. It was soaking wet. I literally asked if it was closed because they were all so awkward when I walked in. The guy working said they close at 9:30 but they like everything done at 9....what?? Wish I could just be done with my job 30 minutes early everyday too....
Best baristas ever — and we go to a lot of Starbucks. Friendly, efficient and very competent. Just what we needed on a rough morning on a long trip.
Customer service is not good at all. It’s honestly embarrassing.
