Nicewonder Farm Vineyards - Bristol

We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Hickory, a one night stay in a yurt, breakfast at Hickory, and a wine tasting. The dinner was incredible. Do yourself a favor and order the Chow Chow Pancake. I have no idea what's in it, but it's delicious! My husband said the steak was the best he's ever had. The Heaven's Corner wine was very good! Staying in the yurt village was such a neat experience...super cozy and luxurious!Make sure you try the wine slushy at the tasting barn! Delicious! All of the staff members were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the rain prevented us from enjoying the pool and outside amenities. ???? They were beautiful though! We enjoyed our short stay! Thank you!

We had our baby shower here just yesterday and it was phenomenal. The food was incredible, the service was amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. My guests are still raving about it all; I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether it's just for a romantic dinner or an event it is perfect.

The food is excellent as is the service. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive and the evening manager took extra time to tell us about all the amenities and future plans for the resort. The grounds are so beautiful and the yurts look amazing! I can?t wait to stay in one. I feel very lucky to have a resort of the caliber in the Tri Cities area.

If you long for what you might imagine the Old South to have been, this could be a place for you. Minorities are ready to take your bags and hold the doors open; all-white clientele (at least during our visit). The food is good, but it 's overpriced in my opinion, and the portions are tiny. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The resort is situated in a mountainous region, but there were no mountain views from our perspectives, not inside or outside. There 's a fairly scenic man-made pond set between the inn/restaurant and the vineyards, but the water 's kind of murky. The so-called yurt village seems cozy and well thought out. Had we not been so ready to leave, I 'd have liked to check out the inside of one of the round cabins (they are not yurts). Some will really appreciate this place. It just made us sad. We were glad to hit the road.

We visited Nicewonder when visiting family and what a find! Such a wonderful place to have a romantic dinner. The staff from check-in to the restaurant was absolutely amazing, I felt like royalty. Our server was always at our table and nothing was lacking from the wine in our glasses to water, we were refilled constantly. The broccolini?. Get it! Don?t hesitate. We were greeted by Chef at the end and the. We sat outside to watch the sunset while the fire was on. Very romantic and totally worth it!
