Where to begin... This is not your usual run of the mill corner bearing / petrol station. In this quiet little place there are some of the best sushi in North Texas. The sushi is easy not to fancy or over the top. But it's amazing how delectable it really is. The shrimp-tempura roll was so good, especially with the sauce, which is carefully dipped overhead. I think the Bristol role was by far the best. Sad I looked at the green sauce in the box, it was amazing with the last piece of sushi. It is definitely out of the beaten path, but I will say that is, it was worth the exit to experience this culinary work.

I love this place. I was worried at first because it's in a gas station, but my fear went away after I saw an Asian chef behind the counter. Probably the best sushi or the best sushi place I ever had. Please try it out, you will not be disappointed.

We have to try the Bristol General Store Sushi for the first time today, and we were very impressed! Great place, friendly service, delicious sushi. We will be back soon, both for sushi and general business essential!

Best kept secret!!! Definitely the ride to a city you never knew you needed to visit! The sushi reels are fantastic! We tried the crabs lava, volcano, son of Philadelphia, and crispy shrimp tempoura rolls.

Fantastic spot! Thought it was only for sushi but ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and Orange Chicken pictured here. Veggies are all super fresh and the meat is top quality. Well-seasoned and not too salty like most Asian restaurants! Casual and unassuming with very friendly employees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place anytime you're in the area!
