Bakery On Maple - Bristol

Bakery On Maple is a fantastic gem located near Federal Hill.Their baked goods are without a doubt some of the best we 've had.Their cinnamon rolls might be the best example of max cinnamon taste without being overpowered, their croissants are so light flakey, the gingerbread bar while thick, was very soft to bite into had such rich flavor we loved the chocolate cupcake (fantastic chocolate cream! and their macarons are simply delicious probably my wife 's favorite but so close.Cannot wait to go back and try more of their baked goods soon!

This bakery has made three incredible cakes for us over the past year (one of the pictured), and are reasonably priced. One time I purchased their carrot cake just to eat without any celebration attached to it because it was so delicious! Highly recommend!

This bakery is so cute and very inviting, smelled amazing. Our cake we got was perfect and absolutely delicious!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to this bakery in person to order a Toy Story cake for my son’s 2 yr birthday over a month in advance. I gave them the description of the cake, the decoration and they said I could order the decorations and bring them in, which I did. I brought the decorations in a month before the cake was needed, I made sure they wrote my name on the decorations and put it with the cake order. I interacted with not only the receptionist but also the owner. I called 2 days before my cake was due to be picked up and asked when a good time to pick the cake up was, they gave me a time. I called saying I was on my way to pick up the cake (a day before the birthday) and the owner said it wasn’t the first time this happened and she’d be making my cake herself and I could pick it up in the morning. I called multiples times that morning for no one to answer. I had to get an ice cream cake from stop and shop instead. Worst service and liars I’ve ever encountered.
