Arby's - Bristol

They have literal crack heads working this place. I walked out after 45 minutes of waiting on my to go order because they had no idea what they were doing, too out of their minds. I would not trust feeding this stuff to my dogs with the two men in there working, let alone my kids! Use to be a great place. Disappointed to say the least.

Super slow and food was dry, lacking the cheese and sauce, fry s were cold had to toss. Won't be back

Beautiful and clean restaurant but the service was super slow and we were completely ignored for about 5 or 10 minutes! We were the only ones there too so not sure why the service was so slow!

Gave order then paid the was asked to pull forward due to chicken being prepared sat for 20 minutes and husband had to go inside and remind the workers that we had not gotten our order yet after watching multiple cars come and go thru the drive thru and husband was inside an extra 10 minutes waiting for our order to be fulfilled. No chance of going back there anytime soon.

They usually get the food correct. Always fresh when I go through and fair priced for the serving size. Never a long wait in drive thru.
