The Mall - Bristol

We came with two other friends to share a roast, everything was delicious! The lady who served us was really friendly, luckily we were also sat next to the fireplace, so cosy down there... would definitely recommend !

Such a lovely place to visit especially on a sunny day! I was served by two lovely staff members called Lara and Frazer who made me feel very welcome. Had a couple of refreshing pints and the delicious seafood linguine. Would recommend!

A lovely pub with a great selection of items on the menu mostly. It's dog friendly which was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did come a little later on a Sunday to have a roast with family. As a vegan I was very impressed with the starter of Chipotle Chilli Corn Falafel amazing flavours and tastes. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a vegan nut roast, it did let down the experience as I had to have a typical burger instead. I can't imagine it would be that hard considering its veggie to make it vegan and just remove the items that aren't e.g. Yorkshire pudding. In fairness the burger was very nice and the pudding was amazing, a lovely surprise to get a good pudding as a vegan which was more of a surprise around the lack of a vegan roast. My girlfriend who had the roast said it was lovely only that the potatoes were a little rubbery but as I say we came a little later on a Sunday so imagine they were a little old by that point. All in all a great place to go that caters for most.

Friendly quick service, nice decor, good food. We liked that the tortilla chips in the nacho sharer were larger than normal and homemade. Just a shame that one of my prawns hadn’t been deveined properly. Otherwise we like this place! Dog-friendly, toilets on the ground floor near the kitchens.

Called in one evening while on holiday to have a meal with family. Friendly staff, good service and great food. Would eat there again and happy to recommend.
