Delicious food and good service. Nice interior as well

Wanted an Indian takeaway for a Friday evening and I must say the food from New Rupali is superb! Chicken was tender and curry was so flavourful! Also tastes fresh and is good value for money! The customer service is always brilliant as they always take on board what I write in the notes, it is always delivered with a smile too! My housemate and I really enjoyed this tonight! By far my favourite Indian! Thanks New Rupali!

Eaten in and had delivery. Delivery is always quite lengthy, I suppose they like to accumulate a few orders so to hopefully deliver in the same area, being that the area covered is small, it shouldn’t be a problem. To dine in. They do need some heating on in there, can be chilly. Generally the waiters are very good, if you say about any allergies, intolerances and/or dietary restrictions, they will assist with the menu and say what is not ideal.

Ordered take out online. Food was very good and superb value for money. I was pinged saying that food was ready to collect....it was not. A miscommunication between online portal and restaurant....need to get that sorted.

Service was cold and very poor communication, i.e. yes please was the only two words he said, restaurant was cold and uninviting, only offered one beer so when we ran out half way through our meal, that was it you were thirsty. Food as okay, not as good as it used to be and up until 7 years ago i ate there regularly. I accept change but not for the worse, I wouldn't go back however I am struggling with allot of places and lack of service inspiration Makes a good takeaway with telephone orders
