Viet Soul West End - Brisbane

Situated at a remote location, this restaurant appeared to be less frequented by diners. The Vietnamese dishes, including the pork skewer rice paper rolls and rice noodle soup, were freshly prepared and delightful. Unfortunately, the Chinese chili chicken we ordered was bland despite requesting it to be hot and spicy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we look forward to trying other dishes on our next visit.

The food and service at this restaurant are both excellent. The vegetarian spring vermicelli salad is one of the best I've had in Brisbane, and the vegetarian San Choi Bow was also delicious. I would definitely come back again. It's a shame they don't offer tri-colour drinks.

The meal was incredibly tasty! There was an abundance of food and it was very reasonably priced. It definitely competes with all the other Vietnamese restaurants on the strip. The service was also extremely friendly.
