The Retro - Brisbane

The Retro Bar is a good venue and the best way to discover some local band. The decorations and the quality of the sound system are very good. The small size of the venue make this venue cosy and intimate. I recommend The Retro Bar.

A fantastic venue to sit comfortably and watch some great local talent on stage. Richard is a gracious host and you'll always feel right at home. Snacks available and a good range of beer and spirits available at very reasonable prices for a small venue.

Best cozy little music bar in the suburbs! There is a friendly open mic jam session on most Thursday nights and touring acts perform here all the time. I love the cocktails and the Toblerone is my favourite. There are three beers on tap at the moment Stone Wood, Green Beacon Pale Ale and The Pacer. Great bar and cozy vibe!

Great venue really good atmosphere, ooen mic on Thur nights is really good, host Richard is a top bloke not to mention an awesome sax player as well!

My husband and I celebrated our 50th birthdays at The Retro Bar with family and friends, last weekend. The venue was perfect- the food was all home made and delicious and the staff were extremely accommodating and approachable. Plenty of room for a group of 50 plus. We were able to bring in our own band who added to the great atmosphere. Thank you Richard and staff.
