Bidrage med feedbackAbsolutely horrible service at the Riverlink Ipswich store. I was ignored at the counter by three staff members. One was wrapping cutlery right in front of me (not even a greeting or a look in my direction), another walked past me and handed the other staff member some more cutlery to wrap (again, no greeting or even a look in my direction) and the third member had her back turned to the counter. There was no one else in line, just me. The team leader came from serving food in the restaurant to take my order and apologise for the wait. I’m pretty sure wrapping cutlery isn’t as important as serving customers, am I wrong?
Terrible Asian calamari salad, dressing was definitely out of a bottle, very scabby amount, serve of chips were over coated with salt seasoning to the point we were banging the salt off them. We didn’t want to give any star rating at all!! We told the staff they didn’t seem to care..
I am a VIP member at this restaurant but my card is not registering and I am not receiving any of my free coffees. I have called four times, sent three emails, and even sent a Facebook message which was viewed but never responded to. This is the worst customer service support I have ever experienced, especially considering I dine at this restaurant every day. I am beyond disappointed.
Very bad service I found hair on food and when I spoke to the employee he told me I don't like me to throw it
I ordered Uber Eats from Coffee Club Forest Lake and halfway through my meal, I discovered a grasshopper in my food. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, they were unhelpful, did not take responsibility, and suggested that I contact Uber Eats instead. I was extremely upset and disappointed with the lack of assistance provided.
