Siam Pagoda - Brisbane

The takeout order took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. The satay chicken was cold, the salad was warm, and the Pad Thai was inedible. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this restaurant.

I have no complaints about this charming little restaurant. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

My adult twin's birthday dinner was booked at this restaurant last night (Wednesday, September 1st). I'm surprised we didn't leave and find another place to eat. The service was the worst I have ever experienced, especially considering the restaurant was nearly empty. We had made a reservation three weeks in advance. No one offered us drinks, and after 15 minutes, I had to flag someone down to take our order. It took another 5 minutes before they returned, even though they weren't serving anyone else. The drinks were flat, but we decided to just deal with it. Half of our starters arrived, but the other half did not. We had to go inside and ask for them after we had already eaten the first half and they were going cold. We prefer to eat together as a family at the same time. The food was good, but the staff here clearly are not trained and seem unhappy. I have seen 8 or 10-year-olds with better manners and service skills than the staff here.

An absolute treat! A family group of 10 celebrating a birthday, we all chose a banquet meal. Unbelievable the variety and flavour of the 3 entrees and 5 mains! Thank you. Leftovers to take home. Can thoroughly recommend.

We get takeaway from here often as it’s always tasty and in good portions. They were extremely helpful with my most recent order when I stuffed up the order!
