Milk Factory Kitchen & Bar - Brisbane

Went here for a Sunday lunch and loved it! Highly recommend the popcorn cauliflower pan seared barramundi you won’t be disappointed ! Friendly attentive staff.

I was here one night a few months back and wasn't overly impressed with the quantity of my meal for bar food. The brisket was tasty but I still left hungry.<br/ <br/ Tonight I thought I would give the kitchen a second chance and ordered the Eggplant Parma and zucchini fries. Unfortunately the amount of salt used by the kitchen overpowered the flavours so I can't really comment on the mains except to say the coleslaw was tasty.<br/ <br/ The staff at least we're friendy and knew their beverages.

The staff here are really lovely. The cocktails are well priced and delicious.I got the macaroni truffle cheese pear crumble with ice-cream, both delicious but so rich I fell into a food coma good thing I'm not on a diet.I'll be back for more cocktails wouldn't turn down another meal either.

Went to the Milk Factory to see a couple of bands Mzaza and Greshka. Great show for $20!<br/ <br/ Nice bar, very attentive bartenders great service despite the fact they were really busy and a great courtyard (even if it was wet from all the rain).<br/ <br/ Air conditioning in the concert venue was not up to the task on this hot and humid evening.<br/ <br/ Not the first time I've been to the Milk Factory and won't be the last.

Having a convention in Queensland theatre company we were looking for a good food after a long workshop. Milk Factory Kitchen bar was close and so convenient. I've never heard of this place before so I did some zomato investigation before deciding to try this place. The place was decorated very Caribbean hipster style bar. The guy at the bar welcomed us with a big smile and friendly attitude. It made ordering food a lot easier as he slowly explained what they have to offer and the popular dishes. My favourite was the three cheese sandwich (it's called something else). At first it looks very plain and predictable but every bite I took I was very satisfied as there was a bit of kick I couldn't quite understand. The burger was amazing as well. However the chips were something else, it taste fresh and unique from a normal chips. Will I come back? Of course I will, especially now that I know where to go if I'm looking for a cheesy sandwich. Will I recommend this restaurant to my friends? Yes! Why not? It's a great place to catch up with friends as this place has a great atmosphere. Overall enjoyed this place. I rated it 4.0 as its my first time going here today, I wanted to see how consistent they are first as I heard this place is new in town before deciding to give full 5.0 stars id like to see some consistency and more friendly faces around. As I only saw one person working today. Overall satisfied with everything. This place has potential for great food and things.
