The best McDonald's on the Northside of Brisbane! Exceptional customer service, hot and fresh food, and generous portions of chips. It's rare to find a fast food restaurant that meets all these criteria.

I absolutely adore this place. The owner, Rod, is fantastic and really goes the extra mile to ensure his customers have a wonderful experience. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.

I visited this restaurant last week with a few friends and had a great experience with a friendly girl named Hiraina at the drive-through. Our order was not in the system due to an error, but she was accommodating and made sure everything was corrected. Although we were missing an item, she promptly rectified the mistake and apologized sincerely. Despite previous less-than-perfect experiences, Hiraina's exceptional service makes me want to return to this restaurant.
