Waited 10 minutes and got an old and cold chips. would that make a sense?

There was this young man named jack who was really funny. but unlike that it was okay. does not like a choke, but if you do it, 10/10.

Ordered food and they say it would be 15-20 min. Waited 45 min and when I asked them when my order will be ready they guy grabbed the bag that had been sitting there for 25 min. All that for 4 tenders and 8 ribs which were cold. When I told the guy at front counter he just sighed and gave no apology. Def won’t be wasting my time coming back here again.

This is the second time Nando's has run out of chicken on me here. This means most of the menu items were not available
