Gloria Jeans Coffees Brookside Mitchelton

I was there today getting a coffee. I thought there would have been a long wait. There was a few people in front of me but the girl serving was fast. The coffee was really tasty. Parking was easy as it is a shopping centre.

This is a busy cafe which I frequent. I am a rewards member. I have always found consistent quality and service at this store.

No real atmosphere, no real interaction with staff. Order and take and run. However if just after a coffee it was a nice tasty coffee. I would order again.

This store offers good coffee and the service provided is excellent. I always pop in and grab a take away coffee whilst shopping.

We stopped there for lunch and coffees .We both ordered chicken,cheese and Avo toasted sandwiches and two extra hot coffees. They coffees arrive luke warm , then the soggy sandwiches arrived. Half toasted on one side and the other side not toasted at all , they were both soggy ! I thought they had been microwaved,terrible just terrible . We had the sandwiches replaced and not much better, we ate them and drank the warm coffee , won 't return . Very poor ! Stay away ! Photo toasted soggy sandwich
