1st time to Florida, visiting my Brother Bob Mackinnon and Sister-in-law Laura. They took us here for dinner before we went home on 4/18/2024. IT WAS AMAZING!!! I wish there was a PizzaRox in Massachusetts. Enjoyed with them and my son Dylan.

Last time I was there, one of their employees wasn’t looking where he was going, stepped on my brand new Vans, didn’t apologize and left a mark. Another time, the staff were busy and ignored me. I would say the service here is deplorable. The food is good if you don’t mind the rude service.

So I used to like this place.. service was friendly and good and pizza was decent.. went there today service was horrible.. there were two girls that were more woke than their own good.. there was nobody in the place I sat there for about 60 seconds as they both looked at me and continued on their conversation about how they hate everything.. got my pizza it tasted like a piece of rubber way too much cheese not enough sauce and way too expensive

I ordered a Like a Virgin pizza online for pickup. Done it dozens of times. I also ordered a Nutella dipping sauce on the side, and not for the pizza, but for the brownie I ordered for dessert. (The only place you can order the dipping sauces is through the pizzas . When I got there, they 'd drizzled the Nutella on the pizza. (I thought maybe I hit the wrong thing on the menu, but I replicated it when I got home. I hit dipping sauce on the side and it added it as a drizzle. Yep, it 's Mercury Retrograde, folks. Regardless, they gave me a new pizza and the side of Nutella, but when I got home and bit into the first slide, my mouth was on fire. It was not the normal sauce; it was the spicy Calabrian Chili Pepper sauce. I went back to the restaurant (I live down the street , and Glenn realized his mistake (he 'd given me another customer 's pizza to replace the Nutella-drizzled one and made me a new one. Not only that, he refunded the order AND gave me a card for a free pizza. Third time was the charm. Best pizza from them ever! This is customer service at its finest.
