Chipotle Mexican Grill - Briny Breezes

Chipotle has always priced their selves on customer service but not this time.. They were almost empty when we were there and would not grill peppers w/o onions for me as others have done as I can't eat them. Will never go back to this one. Terrible customer service.

Excellent experience found team member Nijae to be everything that chipotle would want in a team staff member. She was patient, fast and friendly. I wish more chipotle locations had teams that work this well together.Order was at 7:45 pm on Tuesday March 5th.

Food was okay for what you paid for but the lady upfront serving my food didn’t seemed to enjoy her job nor offer any additional toppings for the food; I would had loved to get service with the smile instead .

I do not have a lot of money but when I tried chipotle it was so good. I decided to get it another time and the rice was hard and unenjoyable. I spent the limited amount of money I have and now I am scared to even get chipotle in fear of wasting my money on food I couldn't enjoy.

My burrito is pocket sized. Prices went up for them to just make smaller portions. I’d love a refund
