The Marine - Brighton

Our party of 4 spent all the time wondering what happened on earth with the old marine hotel we knew and loved. the food was good, but the atmosphere and the mood were terrible. Apart from another couple that didn't go back long after our arrival, there was no single person in the area of bistro. It would have been better if our starter had been served in front of our net instead of using the net. I hope there was something going to change as soon as there was such a shame to see the marine near.

Had a nice night. service was exceptional. so kind. it was just disappointed that we couldn't sit in it. it did not love to sit in the outside area near the sporty.

Online booking madmittedly 20:00 o'clock latest of 3 options for nye dinner was a mistake. call to venue by recorded message, never made clear was dining room closed, kitchen closure 8:30 and coffee only available in the pokies room, not ideal nye in the loud playroom. eating was great, most employees especially weighty fantastic.

Well, it was nyeve so understated. waits over 1/2 for 3 cocktails. the broken fish had a thick oily coating, salat was only limp salat and swirl, was said there was no dessert, but it managed to get an ice for our 3 years old. I haven't been there for many years and certainly wouldn't frighten. it's a shame as the position is needing well to play it on.

Sat outside in courtyard the service was excellent. Food was reasonably priced.
