Bistro La Provence - Brighton East

We had a fantastic dinner there last night. Snails to die for the eye fillet steak was cooked to perfection. Great dining experience, friendly staff, nice wine list and beautiful decor. We’ll be back!

The Salmon Tartar and confit Duck l'Orange are a must try...well so is the rest of the menu. This Laurent fellow is a bit of a rogue....each time I work through the menu and make progress...he adds new things. Looks like I don't get to retire from fine dining anytime soon!

Consistently excellent. Apart from the delicious food and impressive French and local wines, Bistro La Provence has a wonderful ambiance (both summer and winter), friendly efficient service a great place whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

What a great place... just celebrated a friends 40th with a lovely dinner for four... truly authentic French cuisine with generous serves of quality food that was just beautiful. A really wonderful ambience has been created with french music and the gardens really do make you feel like you are in the french wine regions. Many thanks for wonderful and attentive service making our evening very special.

Laurent and the crew at Bistro La Provence are excellent. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the attentive service and the beautifully prepared dishes. The venue has charming period decor replete with genuine French bar and enchanting Parisian lighting. Brighton is very lucky to have this gem of a French restaurant! Go!
