Costa Coffee Brighton Western Road

As costas go this was a nice one. It was quite quiet when we were there and the drinks and good were made quickly and the 2 staff on seemed friendly with customers but not so much eachother. The place was clean, and we enjoyed having a coffee due to the quietness of the places, it seemed quieter than the other just down the road, maybe due to the size.

I stopped at this restaurant for coffee while my husband went shopping. The service was good and the staff were friendly. However, the cleanliness of the toilets was disappointing. The floor was very dirty, not just from today, and the edges were not cleaned. The rubbish bins also needed a good wash. I would not feel comfortable changing my baby in this restroom.

I always choose Costa Coffee over other popular coffee chains on the high street. The staff is consistently friendly and the coffee is consistently delicious. I have never had any complaints when visiting this location.

This is one of the best Costa's I have visited. I stopped by while visiting family in Brighton. The staff were friendly and seemed to truly enjoy their work. The manager, Tim, was fantastic. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, and I will definitely return when I am back in Brighton.

Quick stop for Black Forest Hot Chocolate and Yule-log. As usual 1st class drink and cake. Staff very interactive/happy even though very busy this afternoon. 1 of the better Costa’s I’ve been in for some time. Clean tables cleared quickly.
