Pic A Pasta Of Brighton

I didn't have any preconceived notions about a takeout pasta place but have gone back twice since my first time. The menu consists of a variety of pasta dishes, from the usual pennes and fettucines to stuffed items like tortellini and ravioli. Once you choose your pasta you then choose additional items to mix into your pasta salad, such as fresh veggies, meats, cheese and sauces. I was pleased with the freshness of both the pasta and vegetables and the fact they didn't overload my dish with pesto, but more so coated it with the perfect amount.

A hidden gem! This little nook in Oak Sq. Is a treasure. Best take out pasta ever... its happiness!
