Old Chicago Pizza Taproom Brighton

We have made an online reservation when we arrived, we were told that we cannot make reservations online and we had to wait 45 minutes. I love old chicago, but this device has great problems. I'll go at least three times a month and I'll be asked to wait each time. every time I'm here, there are many other guests waiting for many tables to sit unoccupied. they are very slow in cleaning tables and then get people sitting in them. that's by far the worst old chicago I had.

Waiting area was not suitable for the crowd they were waiting for. I'm glad I saw the opportunity to plan the table before the time. if we had gone to the house, we would have gone somewhere else.

Ryan is amazing! our drinks were never empty and he is great with the customers! I'll call him next time.

We have an online booking for 7:15. at 7:10 and had to wait 15 minutes. the waitress did good work. noise level was very loud. reminded me of buffalo wild wings. hard to conduct a conversation. the ordered calzone. must always order extra sauce.

Great pizza!!! Friendly wait staff, timely service and if you like beer, this is your place!!
