Bidrage med feedbackFriday night dinner rush hour, so I expected a wait. No biggie. Finally get seated after a 30 minute wait and walk into roughly 15 empty tables so was confused about the long wait time. After another 15 minutes waiting for our waiter/waitress at the table I finally flag down another waitress and ask them if they could get ours. She was nice enough to apologize and got our drink order started before she went to find ours.Another 5 minutes go by and ours finally shows up. We placed our orders and didn’t see her again until our food was brought out. While waiting for our food we were minding our business when one of the bartenders walked by us quickly and accidentally bumped into my kid hard enough to cause my kid to hit his chest on the table. It wasn’t the accidental bump that irritated me, it was the fact that the bartender didn’t even stop to apologize.I ordered the meatball sub and the wife ordered a calzone. Meatball sub was lukewarm at best and the cheese on top was barely melted. Wife’s calzone definitely more fresh than the sub. Will definitely not go back to this location in the future. Horrible customer service and lackluster food.
Very disappointed in our dinner! Our side of Mac and cheese was cold, there was a hair in another dish and the individual thin crust pizza was the worst! I love pizza and get it all the time. I’ve never had a thin crust pizza like this. It was over done and the crust was more of a bruschetta/toast type crust. They remade it for us. It was their Thai Pie and each time had different ingredients. The second one was better, but still not a pizza I would ever order again. On a positive note, the kids pizza, Chicago 7 (not thin crust) and wing appetizer were good!It was our waitress’s 3rd day. Her service was good and we knew it was not her fault.
I love this location, great food , beverages, rotating beers, good service, I feel like I am at home here
Waited 10 min to watch the bar tender look at me twice. Chrissy is extremely rude and i had to just walk out.
I have been a customer of this restaurant since it opened, even finding ways to have fun in the parking lot during COVID to support it. However, over the past couple of years, the quality of the food, service, and management has declined. When we placed an order through a food service and called to request no meat on the nachos, we were initially told it would not be a problem. Unfortunately, the order arrived with meat on it, and after multiple calls, we were essentially told tough luck. It's unfortunate to see the decline of this restaurant, and we will not be returning to this location. While the Thornton location is not too far away, we are disappointed as we have spent a lot of time at the Prairie Center location.
