Lu And Carl's And Grill - Brighton

I will try to be as friendly as possible. Today, on Sunday, we went to Lou Carls for lunch. I can't say that we were greeted warmly at the door, but it wasn't a big deal. We sat down, ordered our food, and then had to change our order because they were out of some items. Our drinks arrived, and we were surprised when the waitress spilled them and did not offer a towel or extra napkins. The food came out quickly, but it was nothing to write home about. I was disappointed that our waitress did not check in with us during the meal. I had to flag her down to refill my drink and ask for the bill. I noticed a small mistake on the bill, which she promptly corrected. Overall, my dining experience was not very special. After I paid, the waitress immediately approached our table and questioned why I only left a 10% tip. I always thought that tipping was optional. I believe it is not good practice for a waitress to question a customer's tip amount; perhaps a manager should address this issue proactively.

We always went to lu and carls. I wasn't there long, but my friend was there in this summer. She said exactly the same thing that connie said! fly everywhere and eat was bad!

I haven't been in this facility for a few years. when I left today, I was very surprised and disappointed to see how bad it looks. especially use the restaurant to have very creative escapes. eating is just the usual. the restaurant looks very down and dirty. there were flying everywhere and the floor/windows were very dirty. the food was only o.k and the waiting staff looked very unsleeping out - selection of greasy. I will not return to this place.

The burgers at this restaurant are top-notch and the prices are very reasonable.
