Always the most incredible meals when I go here! very affordable Japanese style dishes and large portions, also they can bring their own drinks that is great. they have as many possibilities as huh, tofu, pork and bark. the staff is also friendly, it is only cash! can not wait to go back

Really nice affordable place for a simple Japanese meal. they only take cash that was slightly uncomfortable, and my only output with the nanban don was that the sauce completely drowned everything and became quite overpowered. the oyakodon was a bit dry in comparison.

Great cheap Japanese kitchen. I always go for the tofu chili don, the other options are good too, but chili don is my favorite. side: I recommend the edamame spring rolls (which are not on the menu but on the wall) and yubamaki always good.

I need to edit my review after I had the last kist of my take (I bought a few dishes back). Unfortunately there were some pieces of meat in my Tofu court. unfortunately I had put it in my mouth to learn this. as I examined more, there were a few pieces of meat! obviously they did not cook sweet dishes separately and did not even wash the pan, otherwise this would not have happened. my original review is as follows: a popular local Japanese restaurant that has made many veggie options with tofu. I tried some tofu dishes with different sauces. the taste is okay, not great, but not disappointing. the yakisoba contains oyster sauce, which the personal informed me kindly when it was ordered so I did not get it. updated by previous review on 2021-08-23

You need to try Yubamaki, this is the best food in Brighton, I think it's deep fried tofu veg in tofu skin it's so damn tasty. I usually have some sort of Tofu Rice dish as well for the money it's cheap, quick tasty very affordable fast food, so not really a restaurant, but great for grabbing something in a rush.
