Amazing night at Bali Brasserie. Fantastic food, the service was excellent and of course Elvis was in the building!! We sang we danced and we laughed. Such a good night. Highly recommend

As a group , we were enticed by the advertised 3-course meal for £29.95, as featured on their website. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the actual cost was £34.95, a significant discrepancy from the advertised price. What was even more disheartening was the absence of an à la carte menu, leaving us with no alternative options- dine or lose your non refundable deposit. The service during our visit was nothing short of appalling. It was evident that the staff was not only unprepared but also disinterested in providing a positive dining experience. The manager's owners conduct lack professionalism, as their focus seemed more directed towards exploiting customers than delivering a genuine service. His blatant dishonesty and rudeness was nothing short of abhorrent. This establishment is out there to scam unsuspecting customers. Go elsewhere for better dining experience. Strongly avoid.

Absolutely excellent. Food was delicious, not greasy just beautifully flavoured. The staff were really friendly attentive. A really fab fun restaurant bar, not an over the top, all the same, fussy place as they all are now. Can't wait to go back. A real GEM found!

Friday 22nd December. Decided to book for a family get together with son and his wife as unable to meet up on Christmas Day. Husband booked a table for 4 online then phone to make the deposit as instructed due to it being a December booking; was told by whoever answered the phone that a deposit was not necessary. Turned up at 1pm only to find the restaurant in darkness and doors locked. Another couple were also trying to get into the restaurant as they too had booked a table for lunch. Rang the restaurant only to hear the phone ringing inside but no one answered. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED. INCREDIBLY EMBARRASSED in front of son and daughter-in-law. NO explanation as to why the restaurant was shut. Our Christmas get-together has been ruined by the thoughtless action of the owner or manager. Would NOT recommend and WILL NOT return. Very poor. Understand if there was staff shortage due to illness/COVID but no note on door or email to explain why they were closed or to cancel the booking.
