Golden Bamboo - Brighouse

I really love this restaurant, but they struggle when it comes to handling issues. We ordered our food and had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for it to arrive. I called to check in and was told they were busy, but at least they could have kept me informed. When the food finally got here, it was ice cold, and cold chips are just not enjoyable. I received nothing but apologies in response, and considering how much I spend there, I would have expected a better resolution. I've never had a problem like this before, so I'm disappointed in their service this time.

We ordered the vermicelli and chicken curry from here, and both dishes are usually excellent and arrive quickly. The vermicelli can occasionally be a bit oily, but that doesn’t happen very often. There’s usually enough food to save for dinner the next day, making it worth every penny.

The food was delicious and served warm, although it took a bit longer than expected for us to pick it up. We will definitely order again!
