They missed half my order I called to get it fixed they gave me a bunch of grief. Then hung up on me. Then I went to the store and they stared at me when I ask them to fix their mistake then refused to give my missing items to me so I walked out

Raw chicken! I ordered my family dinner online at 7:23pm. It said it would be ready at 7:42pm. When I arrived they told me it was going to be longer than expected. I said ok. At 8pm I went up and asked how much longer because I needed to pick up my daughter. They said there were other online orders before mine that used all the chicken and they needed to cook more. I asked if it would be ok if I went and got my daughter and came back because they were closing at 8 due to Presidents’ Day. They said it would be fine. Long story short I went back again finally got our food. Opened both of my kids to let them start eating and looked at my daughters and there was chicken that wasn’t even cooked!! I immediately told her to spit out her bite. I am just so disappointed that this would even happen. We called to talk to the general manager, Veronica, she basically said there was nothing she could do till tomorrow. We asked to receive a call from their manager. We still have not heard anything to this day. I guess they don’t care if they get people sick with salmonella.
