Shake Shack Bridgewater

Being a fan of this joint I hopped in this place for a good brunch and was surely satisfied. It’s neat and clean well maintained atmosphere. Ordering kiosks are great and serving process is very smooth. Enjoyed every bit of their great burgers.

I usually love shake shack but I am quite fumed at what happened today. I paid $22 for my food(cheese fries, burger, and a hot dog). When I was paying with my card, the cashier began explaining how much I can tip these employees that are not waiters and hourly workers(the first option was 10% btw). When I immediately selected “no tip”, he grunted and said “oh well okay”. I looked this boy straight in the eyes and told him “when I was your age, I worked for my money, many times hourly, and never begged for more”. Learn the value of hard work. If you don’t like your job, quit or better yourself to get a better one rather than sit there and try to pity every customer that comes in. Unfortunately, shake shack is not the only place doing this and I’ll continue these 1 Star reviews for service for every establishment I get pushed to give a tip to people who don’t deserve a dime extra. To any older people reading this, stand up for what’s right in this world. EDIT(after shake shack response): So very nice to see I can email them to assist me. And further so nice to see they’re copied and pasted response/robot. Obviously, I’m being sarcastic. This is a review. What could they possibly assist me with? Im letting the community know what my experience was. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Paul was amazing . The manager even brought out a bowl of water for my Dog. Everyone was very friendly. Love to see friendly faces !! Thank you !

Delicious shakes and food. We loved that they didn’t skimp with the cheese on the cheese fries. It’s a little pricey for burgers and fries, but I love that they teamed up with the local library system to offer card holders a 10% discount this summer.
