Dunkin' - Bridgewater

Always get a medium ice water made perfectly! Nothing more I can ask for.

I just order a medium coffee with almond milk and 3 sugars, I ALWAYS listen to them repeat it back to me to make sure they heard me right . What I received was a coffee with 3 creams, 3 mocha swirls and a espresso shot. I told the girl this wasn?t the right coffee and explained how it was supposed to be correctly made. She then had someone else make me a knew coffee and when I got that one it was still wrong. I now received a mocha swirl with almond milk and sugar. I VERY NICELY said the coffee isn?t supposed to have mocha in it, she didn?t say anything to me and made me the right coffee( very poorly made). Not one person said sorry for making the coffee wrong TWICE. It was very obvious they were frustrated with me, I don?t know why, I was saying please and thank you the whole time, even though they were the ones that were messing up. I?ve NEVER wrote a bad review before but I just can?t let this one go.

Why does it say you're open at 4:30 a.m? Please change your hours online or actually answer the drive through window

Not surprised this Dunkin has such low ratings, this Dunkin is one of the worst ones. Always get my food cold, wrong orders, and rushed. I rather drive further away for a good bfast/coffee.

The past 3 times I?ve come to this Dunkin? they have messed up my order. The first two times they forgot to give me my donuts, and when mentioned they had no clue what the donuts were because they didn?t have the slip with our order. The most recent time they gave us the complete wrong item and I didn?t notice until I was halfway home. Very disappointing.
