Barrett's Alehouse Bridgewater

A lot of a place! Two bars and plenty of space for large groups on the floor from booths to tables! Service is always great and management here is on point! Great drink selection, some of the best drinks round! Clean bathroom. All bartenders have the best sniper! Regular are all super friendly, but Yvonne sure held us back from the city! She is absolutely the most amazing bartender and mixologist! Eating has always been met and miss, stay at the bar Food! As with any place, it depends on whose cooking this day/night! We loved the bar pizza several nights, others it was terrible with other dishes! All employees here from Barback/Busboys to Managers earn a huge reputation to run such a great place where everyone seems happy to be there and do their job, a rarity in the service industry today!

In view of its holiday time, the restaurant would have used more decorations/lights. The music is too loud for the conversation. The waitress was attentive with good service. The food was good. Food: 4/5

We had Saturday in the house at noon, but also a delivery. We ate Steak n cheese egg rolls and the Bang Bang Bang Cauliflower, both were very good. We enjoyed a cocktail with our lunch and were accompanied by the family. We decided to take 2 soups home for later Saturday night. I ordered French Onion Soup and my wife ordered the beef stew. My soup was $7.00 and my wife's beef stew was $16.00! Beef is absolutely terrible. It was like you opened a can and added peas. It tasted seriously like Dinty Moore canned Beef Stew. We received a box containing a lot of fat broth and peas, 3 pieces of beef, which tasted like canned and had canned... 2 pieces of potato, no carrots. And let's not forget it was $16.00! Our tab was $87.00, which contain 2 cocktails egg rollsCuliflower French onion beef stewChocolate lava cake So. I dropped a hundred dollars and we took our soups home. What we ate in the house was very good, but the $16.00 Beef Stew was absolutely terrible and very disappointing. I don't think I'll serve everyone if I run the kitchen. Sad that the box of the bottom of the pot Beef Stew will eat us again from there. My wife is right, you should be ashamed to serve a $16.00 box musk.

The staff was good, but something went in the kitchen. About roasted appetizers, pear and blue cheese pizza tasted like oily blue cheese pizza with little to no pears to see or taste, nashville hot sandwich batteries tasted like the dough burned I was a few bites and was instantly unintentional to eat it, and the French french fryers that tasted with the chicken and burgers for a longer savory as they were warm. All in all unimpressed with all ordered dishes.

By far worse Beef Stew I have ever had. Taste just like canned Stew with added peas! As you can see, basically no potatoes or carrots. And it was $16.00!! They should be ashamed of themselves.
