Bidrage med feedbackI was greeted with a smile and a delicious looking dish of eating that was so colorful and oh my god! delicious. the love sees that she is in her eating is amazing. I would recommend this vegan cuisine to anyone who visits barbados and to those who live in barbados, you are blessed beyond the measure to have such a living foods spot near you.
This place was difficult to find because it's marked wrong on the map here. It's actually close to the yellow bus station. They offer interesting healthy shakes for 10 B$ which are quite thick and filling. I liked their version of Bajan sweet cake (without sugar) and some of their raw snacks and cakes. I only tried the lunch once which was okay. If you're not into raw food you will probably not like their food though... Saturday you have to come early because they close at 12 o'clock already.
It's an easy walk from the cruise terminal. I had a wonderful spicy ginger drink and a deliciously moist carrot cake. They also offer a variety of detox juices. Definitely a must-try!
Discover Bio Earth, located directly across from the beach. The flavors in their dishes are remarkable! The desserts, juices, and meals are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. This place is a fantastic example of how incredible nature can be on a small island.
This restaurant is easy to locate right by the bus station. I found it a bit confusing because I was searching for the name listed here, but it actually says "Organic Earth" above the door, and there's an abandoned vegan sign outside. We each had a smoothie, a zoodle salad (the only option available for dining that day), and a raw cake. The smoothies were packed with spinach, which I enjoyed for the health benefits, but my omnivorous partner did not find it appealing. I wasn't particularly fond of the zoodle salad; it had too many raw ingredients and was overwhelming for my taste. Unfortunately, the cake also lacked flavor. As a fan of raw food, I was slightly disappointed, but I still appreciated having access to healthy vegan options on an island where they are rare. Due to the location, there was a strong smell from the compost in the garden and some unpleasant fumes from the bus station, so I would recommend opting for takeout instead.
