Tgi Fridays Bridgeport

The restaurant was not busy and we ordered a starter and two main courses. and a bottle of wine. the server had not been asked before and they had not our first choice. another one was offered that was good and a discount of £10 was offered. the server had obviously never opened a bottle of wine and had no idea how to pour it. there was no taste booster to make sure it was in order and it was simply captured by the neck instead of the main part of the bottle and poured two glasses. the server turned with our main courses and when we asked what happened to our appetizer, he said he was so caught with the wee he forgot! the burgers and the garnels were hot, but the pommes were cold and were obviously just standing. at this time we had enough, so we didn't send the food back and just left the fries. the review came with a reduction, probably due to the lack of appetizer and confusion over the wein the server needs more training and at no time came the manager to apologize although they need to know what happens as the approved reduction on the bill. not the usual service they would expect from free days

The food and drinks where good. The waiter was slow and wasn’t very attentive but everything was fresh when it came out.

Absolutely perfect as it is every time we go! we’ve recommended TGIFridays to several people and they loved it as well!

Perfect as always, we have sent quite a few couples out there for dinner and they've givin us rave reviews about every aspect.

Always great! We WILL be back A LOT. Last visit was for my moms birthday and everything was fantastic!
