Usa Fried Chicken - Bridgend

Lovely people who run this place, called here not long ago to order food which was lovely) and there was a man cooking a pasta dish that smelled out of this world, after ordering I asked him what was that delicious smell he was cooking and he put a portion out for me to take home, totally didn'texpect it. He said he was making his dinner,turned out it was pasta, peppers and herbs ect and it was the best I've ever tasted and I love to cook, it was so nice of him to give it to me for free!!. Clean place and welcoming staff.

Ordered pizza and salad came freezing cold after specifically request they deliver my back way I rang to say it was freezing cold to s woman swearing using the worst language ever heard screaming and shouting I then get another man turn up here takes my pizza away and my salad and only returns ten pounds not fourteen and withheld me my salad nice way to treat a human being let alone one with disaboitles my support workers have been told even animals dont get treated like that even gave me back four pounds less but took the salad away even witheld it from me treated me worse than an animal in a zoo hrrific is an understatement absolutely horific eye to treat any human being you should all be ashamed of urselves abuse and mistreatment of any human being let alone any animal is not acceptable

Had food from here a few times usually no problem at all But due to the incompetence of the person answering the phone I had a disaster of a kebab, I wanted it plain with a pot of bbq sauce for my husbands food and a pot of mint sauce for me to dip my lamb into….. oh no the stupid person put the bbq mint sauce on my kebab together yuck!! I rang a bit angry I must admit to ask what they gonna do to rectify the mistake and she said well you can order more pots of sauce…. What!!!! They ruined the kebab that I paid for, but didn’t offer to do me a fresh kebab, the numpty.

Buy one get one free pizza £14.90 delivery say on menu or &13.90 collections. If you go for the £14.90 delivery they will still charge you and extra £1.30 delivery charge. How does that work when it states on menu £14.90 buy one get one free pizza delivery.

I ordered food on Sunday march 29th my order was delivered to my house I piece of chicken and cheese and chips and meal deal twelve with bq sauce when it came they never give barbecue sauce so I phoned back and they said they would deliver it to me my food went cold still waiting phoned them back after them not answering they finally answered and said the delivery driver is in cymmer now we are good customers of USA I will never use this shop again their attude stinks
