Have ordered from here a few times now and have always had amazing food

Clearly dont know what a clock is. I'm shore when u order something for a set time that's what u expect!! not delivered to u on the side of the road 20mins early so u get to walk with it and have a cold meal. the driver was rude and abusive even with his mrs and kids in the car and the the bloke on the phone said it was my fault they where early and to microwave it. f jokers

Experienced terrible customer service tonight after they took over an hour and 25 minutes AND delivered the wrong dish on our order. Phoned them straight away to get them to rectify the situation and redeliver the correct dish to be shouted at, refused and when asked for a manager we were hung up on! Called back and they hung up again certainly won’t be ordering from them in the future

Up until a month ago, we’ve had no problem at all but tonight was absolutely ridiculous and we received such poor customer service that now we won’t be ordering from there again! We placed an order for delivery and was advised it would be an hour due to how busy they are. This was fine and after an hour and 15 or so minutes passed, we thought about calling them but as we have been ordering from there for years we thought we would leave it another 10. Anyway, after a total of an hour and 25 minutes they turned up and the delivery driver apologised for the wait which was fine. However, after we got the food out we realised that one of the orders was wrong. We called them immediately to explain this and ask if they could redeliver the correct order. The gentleman we spoke to seemed apologetic at first and said it would be over an hour due to how busy they were. We explained that this was not really good enough considering one of us had to wait another hour for our food. The gentleman then started shouting at us and said that we got it wrong and it was not his fault. After we asked for a manager he then said goodbye and hung up! We called back a few moments later and asked if he was going to deliver the incorrect dish like he originally suggested. He kept saying that we could have a free dish next time. We said this was not good enough (again) and said we would wait the hour for the food as he had suggested before. He then said he couldn’t say if it would be an hour or not as the delivery driver wasn’t there and again, hung up! Still none the wiser as to whether I will get my food or not ????????‍

Beware of using these guys if you haven't got the correct money for your order. Apparently their delivery drivers don't carry any change. Nice little scam over the course of an evening.
