Bidrage med feedbackFor their pasta I already tried their Pesto, Ham Bacon Cabonara Lasagna. For me, the price and portion of the food is good that is why I always eat here for lunch or dinner. I also tried the Churros Con Chocolate but I was very disappointed. The things I didn't like about this place are the discomfort I'm having about their tables and chairs and aircon. Food: 3.0 Price: 3.0 Ambiance: 2.0 Service: 2.0 Recommended menu: Ham Bacon Carbonara
We were looking for a pasta place near UST so we tried this place out. I am no chef, but if you 'll name your restaurant or food place Past Plate make sure that your pasta must be extraordinary. This is the same problem I had with All About Pasta at Maginhawa Street. Their pastas are just okay. Not that good and/ but not that bad also. Nothing special. Their chicken fillet does not give the pasta justice. It 's a bad combination. Their carbonara tastes nothing like carbonara but it 's good. They should name it something else. Their churros are good. One thing I like about this place is the pricing. Students will enjoy dining here if they want to eat variety of pasta flavor for a reasonable price. Their value meal which includes churros and an iced tea is pretty good deal. If you 're looking for a quick bite, this is the place to be. If you want a full meal, there are lots of other places near the campus. Go somewhere else.
It is a bit pricey for a student. We ordered tuna carbonara, creamy marinara with chicken, creamy pesto with seafood, cheesy chicken, cordon bleu and super supreme pizza. The pasta was average. The serving is small. We loved the cordon bleu and cheesy chicken though. We were surprised how big the chicken was in their cheesy chicken. But the rest of the pasta had minimum amount of meat. We also liked the pizza.
We were at Taft near the premises of the university, we were looking for a place to eat. I realized that majority of the resto are japanese cuisine. So we ended up eating here. I ordered Lasagna and my mom ordered the Chicken Pesto. Its price made affordable for students is enough for the quality that you are paying for. I like that even though its cheap, I still get to taste the sticky cheese in my Lasagna. The Chicken has pesto sauce in it therefore leaving the noodles with your preferred sauce of garlic or tomato. For me it is a good place to eat snacks but not for a full meal.
Third times the charm! I tried to dine here twice before: the place was closed for the day when I first visited and the second time, they closed early. I caught a break on the third try and was able to finally taste their food. The place was small but quaint. I tried their Creamy Marinara pasta with Chicken and the serving was good for the price. They had a lot of choices for the pasta at relatively affordables prices. They also had pizza-pasta combos which was good. My friends and I liked the food and the place.
