The Flats Brewster

We had reservations for New Year’s Eve course dinner. After being there for hours we had only recieved first courses and the meal was comped.

Loved it but it has now closed and apparently will not be reopening.

WE had eaten at The Flats shortly after it first opened and thought it okay Decided to try it again and was so impressed with the delicious food and service. Highly recommend.

God was quite good, I had tenderloin my wife had haddock franchise. Service was spotty. Seemed understaffed and not experienced.

Probably not. Someone at our table thought her wine wasn't any good, and wanted something else. The waiter accommodated her, but grudgingly. We waited a long time for our entrees. We were at the restaurant an hour and a half before our entrees came. My sister found a hair in the food. I thought the food was ok, but this was a celebration and the attitude and slow service definitely took away from the experience.
