Long lines only one person working the counter. Other employees were there but didn't jump in to help.

The restaurant was very clean, and while the service could use some improvement, the staff was very friendly.

The wait time is usually just a few minutes, as the staff operates quickly and efficiently, like a well-oiled machine, preparing bagel halves, donuts, and coffee. Every morning, a lovely woman of Eastern European descent greets me with genuine smiles. Some days, I find myself wishing I could stay and serve donuts and coffee instead of going to work. Unfortunately, we all have to earn a living. The mobile pickup app has many advantages, but I'm not sure I'm ready to embrace it. The brief moments I spend waiting in line and ordering at the counter provide a chance for meaningful interactions with truly nice people.

I really enjoy their dishes. I consistently receive excellent customer service. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff members are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!
