L'Oeuf Cocotte Isabelle

We were a group of 10 and this family restaurant came to Trumpf. A selection of large house cooked food, all cooked fresh. We had a selection of meals and all enjoyed. Yes, they speak very little English, but they tried and guess what, it... is France!!! The buffet starter was breathtaking and the entire experience was excellent from the beginning to the end. Just one of the best restaurants in the area.

The menu is simple, but all homemade. There was a selection of different meat kebabs, fish burgers, beef burgers or steak sandwich served with fries and salad, Moule Frites in a variety of sauces and several salads. The food was well prepared and quickly presented by a friendly guy who was patient with my pigeon French. The courgettes cooked on vinegar, which accompanied the kebabs and steaks, were excellent and the cream fraiche sauce was just the right thing for immersing the fried. Dessert was the topping on the meal with tart tatin served with fresh chantilly instead of the can foam. Thanks for a great family dinner.

Served a large group with ease and efficiency. Excellent selection of seafood cooked for perfection. Good selection of wines, red and white. Delicious deserts.

I like the decor: stylized steel tables. Menu fish and seafood. Careful is so-and-so. The staff does not speak English, and my poor French were not good enough to save the evening. Dinner with the family (Kids are 4yo): the only option for children is Hamburger; if... I ask for an alternative they offer Steak. This proves to be Steak-Haché (i.e. Burger without rolls) My fishing was very salty. The Marmit de poisson was like a fish risotto. Flavorful, but not writing at home. Tarte tatin was too dry to be pleasant. Menu did not mention moules, the other tripadvisor reviewers liked: I wish I knew that was an option!

Buffet-shaped entrances and desserts, few choices and average quality. The dish, fried steak was good but the chip share was not generous. our friends who had caught the fish we found good too. excessive price for meals overall. Noisy room canteen.
