Futura Pizzeria - BRESCIA

Finally at dinner outside and the choice falls on Futura... Appetizers out menu recommended by the owner definitely very good, to follow someone took the first someone the second. A note of special merit for the carpacciola and spaghetti with clams. Well, I'll be back.

I decide to have lunch with my fiancée at this restaurant on Valentine's Day. We arrive on time at 13 and we are accommodated at our table; until 13:30 we are not brought either the menu or we are asked if we want water waiting. At the dawn of 13:45 a waitress is displayed (by correctness I point out that it was very kind with us), it brings us the menus but you forget the wine card. We choose from the card a bottle of Franciacorta Saten but we are told that they do not hold Saten, everything ok, we arrange to choose another one. Before taking our order we are told that not all dishes are available, so we ensure that there are those we want: sea ragù patri, a mixed fried and a branzino fillet. At 14:30 we still do not see the shadow of our dishes so we ask for some bread waiting. We have to ask three times before we're served. Shortly thereafter, when ORMAI were QUASI LE 15 And we didn't have to be left in front of a GRISSINO, the waitress returns to tell us that the branzino fillet is finished but that it is possible to replace it with spaghetti at the axice. By now we decide to leave but the (presumption) owner of the club please us to stay ensuring that soon our lunch would arrive. After other waits comes a double portion of branzino, realizing the error (we ordered only one portion) the owner decides to take it away rather than leave us extra food. We are witnessing a discussion between the owner and the poor waitress who now, embarrassed by the situation, no longer knows how to behave with us. At 15 o'clock we finally have lunch, the mixed fried (my second) is brought together to the first so in time to cool while I eat the pastries. The dishes don't even arrive hot, we decide to finish everything quickly to leave as soon as possible. At the time of the account there are not even an apology, indeed the owner tries to make the sympathetic by saying “other than waiting all the rest went well?” In all of this obviously we are not offered even a coffee or 1€ discount. Never again. Food is also good but the service passes every desire. Romantic lunch obviously ruined.

Very good pizza with light and digestible dough. The ingredients are at KM 0 and therefore is an additional guarantee. Claudia, the owner, is very kind.

We tasted pizza several times and it was delicious. The kindness of the owner and all the waiters was really appreciated. Vote 10, we will return even if we now live far away

I'm begging that I've been here because I know about a colleague of mine... Cosy and nice environment... We chose the recommended courses from those who welcomed us... the courses were poor and despite being quality products the price was not worth what we served... so we bet on desserts but also here disappointment as the choice was very limited... If the disappointment passes, maybe we can go back and choose the pizza menu and not restaurant...
