Servono salumi accompagnati da giardiniera, polenta e parmigiano e uova sode con un tocco di aceto balsamico. Come primo piatto ci sono tagliatelle al culatello, lasciando spazio solo per il dessert, stavolta un salame al cioccolato. Da bere? Lambrusco, naturalmente, da gustare in una tazza grande come una volta. Il servizio è cordiale, veloce e preciso, e un saluto anche allo chef, che quel giorno era sul pezzo nonostante un piccolo incidente domestico...
