Nando's - Brentwood

The staff at Nandos this evening were lovely. The chicken butterfly had to be oven cooked which was going to take and while but the staff were so lovely about it, offering us free puddings and a starter they also bought all the other food we ordered so the kids could eat theirs. The manager kept apologising and updating us on the progress. The chicken was great when it arrived too! The team were so kind we felt really special. We’ll be back, thanks guys!

Working in Brentwood called here with a colleague on the way back to hotel. Really great service very friendly thank you! My only gripe was the medium sauce was incredibly hot for some reason but great otherwise

The most horrendous and atrocious Nando’s chain! Every single time there are issues, I have given them the benefit of covid reopening avoided for about 4-5 months. Went to collect today, big mistake. The breast of chicken was half a chicken breast what a waste of money. The garlic bread I nearly lost a tooth on the chips are always cold. This place needs a big revamp of staff and management. Avoid it!

First night off front wheel kids in 6 months we walked through the door at 8:55 on Friday night just me and my girlfriend and get met w With a sad face saying ahh we’ve had a few problems today so we’re not going to bother taking any more customers .. All while the restaurant is 75% full all eating fine . Just purely lazy and couldn’t be bothered . Get another job if you don’t want to stay open until the open times . Waste of time stay away.

Great service and speed too, cris and Amy were very professional. Food was amazing on point will come again x
