Starbucks - Brentwood

Doesn't have sufficient staff, always out of certain drinks, last time I sent my daughter she was told they were out of coffee. How can that happen? Ridiculous overall disappointed in the service!

I've been coming here for years. Veronica and Roxanne has been the main stays. I like it. It's a Starbucks inside Safeway what else do you expect ? Lol

The employees there need to make sure to wear their hair up and out of there face. Literally had a barista guy his hair all over the place so long couldn’t even see his eyes. Really they are food handlers!! The manager should really have that conversation on grooming. Same with the Corporate. You need to do better.

Very nice staff, always very friendly. The only caveat is the lack of habit of labeling cups. Probably 30 times over the past 2 months I came, and almost all 30 I had to find out where whose order is, even the employees themselves can’t always immediately understand where the order is, they have to take each cup, look for notes, sometimes even open the lid. The problem with the organization and it's easy to fix.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area!! Even though it's inside safeway I still think it's the best one around. Whatever I order from there comes out PERFECT!! Every time and I've never had a bad experience. The ladies who work there are SO sweet and always get my order right!!
