Katsuya Sbar – Brentwood – Sbe

Every time I come to LA I have to go to Katsuya for sushi! You have to start off with the spicy tuna crispy rice, they are better than any other I have had before! The corn crunch I my personal favorite, but the rock shrimp left me speechless. The watermelon mojito is the perfect cocktail pairing if you enjoy a light and refreshing drink. 10/10 would recommend you must try if you haven't already! don’t forget the lychee martini

For locals we gush over Katsuya!!! It's as chic as you want it, as local and family as you want it, it's as sexy as you want it or you can drop in and get drinks. So glad to have it as our go-to for so many years.

I dine here frequently since my family lives nearby. The food is great but the service is consistently really poor which is incredibly disappointing.

Perfect spot for date night. Robata bar to start. Sushi to complete. Great meal, service atmosphere.

Good food, but the place is very open and the noise invades the whole room. Instead it was designed by Philippe Starck and you can see his hand and the 90s style.
