E+rose Wellness Cafe - Brentwood

I absolutely adore this restaurant. My favorite dish is the strawberry fig toast. The flavors blend together perfectly, creating a delicious experience for your taste buds. I have enjoyed everything I've tried here, even when they've had to substitute ingredients. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. You won't be disappointed! Additionally, my daughter loves the Katalina dish as well. Trust me, this place is fantastic!

I always wanted to order delivery from this restaurant to my office to give it a try, but I could never manage to place an order. So, I decided to stop by after work instead...and I was blown away! Their smoothie bowls are massive! My favorite is the Blue Bae.

First time visiting… Really enjoyed Blue Bae… soo delicious glad to find this healthy meal cafe. Definitely will come back again!

Best E+ROSE in Nashville. I come here at least once a week and always order a bowl with a handful of subs and they always are spot on with it : if anyone tells you another E+ROSE ovation is better… don’t trust ANYTHING they ever tell you again. I’d think about removing them from your life actually. Could be a bit dramatic but like do you fam. Love this location <3

I ordered the Aloha bowl, the Pineapple Express, and the Energy shot. I used to live in Hawaii, and one of the things I missed the most were the açai bowls. The Aloha bowl was the closest thing I've had since leaving Hawaii! It was delicious and the portion size was perfect. It was very filling! The Energy shot and the Pineapple Express were also very tasty and definitely worth trying. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!
