Chill Spot - Brentwood

We came here all the time before we left the area last year. We drove over an hour today to get Persian Wraps and Boba. We ordered and then sat. A few minutes later I heard the lady who took our orders say to another customer that the packs were the same and they grilled chicken and not the chicken they marinated in the sauce, so I had them canceled our food orders but told her we wanted our Boba. She said it still tastes the same.? I said, How can it cost the same if it does not marinate in the sauce? She answered, "It?s still marinated, only in a DIFFERENT sauce.? Um? That means it's won? She said she would refund us for the food as we cancelled our order, but it did not show up in my bank (as I paid $40 for the food we never get). The silver lining is the boba was good and the perfect texture. However, they were from the first different flavors we had ordered, so we settled on coffee and vanilla/mandel. So basically we paid $57 for two Boba teas today. I wish new management hadn't messed up with recipes that everyone loved. edited to reflect that they would refund our money for food. Again, Boba is great, so if what you do?

I'm new to boba. I might have it twice before and was in the mood for it while down in Brentwood, that was the closest place. I ordered Popping Boba and my Boba not popping. I thought it was just bad? So I didn't say anything. I realized later that there was a different kind of Boba that she probably put in my drink mistakenly. I will do this for user mistakes, how should I? ve realized that they are the wrong ones there and asked for a replacement. I?ll give there 3 stars Cuz the drink itself was good and the frits with my order were exceptional

I came in to get food and Boba on Thursday night. There was this sweet young lady alone who was very human and efficient. I had a nice conversation with her. The food was delicious and melted in my mouth. Very recommended!!!!

I wish I could give two different reviews for quality and service. I've been here for years, and just in the last few months, the Boba drinks have begun to taste water down and Bland. She's always out of something and I don't want to pay so much for something I don't want. The service is the only redeeming quality recently. The girl with interesting earrings and the big blonde boy were courteous and made sure that my drink was to my taste after I mentioned that it tasted. They were both very nice and the girl and I had a good conversation about her major while the boy made my drink perfectly. I wish I could say that all the employees were as nice as these two.

Had a great stop today at the Chill Spot. The owner was engaging and provided great service. We ordered a boba tea and the buffalo chicken wrap, which were both delicious. Definitely recommend this spot if you?re looking for a cool, quick, and hand-crafted experience!
