This is a very friendly hotel....all the staff we met were very polite and helpful. ideally situated just of M5 and not far from Burnham it is a great weekend away or just as a stop over

Liked · The hotel was much better than we expected for the £100 for two nights for two adults and two dogs. The room was exceptionally clean and had an annex (a porch really) especially for the dogs. The bathroom was clean and a great shower cubicle but when we stayed the shower was running cold and needed fixing. Maintenance will sort it I am sure. The bed was comfortable and lovely crisp clean bedding. Despite being a pet friendly room the place was immaculate. We ate in the restaurant and the food and atmosphere was lovely. Disliked · The hotel itself was great but the outside space needs a tidy up, there is lots of broken furniture, bit of wood etc about at the back of the carpark and at the side of the hotel. I am sure this is just because the hotel is being renovated.

My daughter and I stayed here last night. Received such a lovely welcome ans were personally shown to our room. We were very pleasantly surprised on entry to find a massive accessible wet room, a walk in wardrobe and a large bedroom, containing a double and single bed, tv, hairdryer, tea/coffee/biscuits etc. The radiators work quickly and soon warmed up the room. We didn't use the dining facilities on this ocassion, but will another time. The grounds are beautiful and would be lovely to explore on a dry day. This hotel would make an amazing venue for a wedding too. Thank you for a lovely ans relaxing stay.
